Daikūriku would be fucked. It's simple mathematics. Keep in mind that your pitting the resources of one planet against the resources of an interstellar empire. No matter what fancy toys Simulacrum or Argentum have, the fact that the Imperium has access to nearly unlimited resources virtually guarantees victory. The only hope for the people of Daikuriku is if something like a huge Tyranid Hive Fleet or a Black Crusade turns the attentions of the Imperium of man away from them and the very existence of Daikuriku becomes lost in the Imperiums labyrinthine bureaucracy.
